Denise Tervo PhD. is a licensed psychologist, supervisor
and trainer in private practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She has provided counseling to adults, adolescents, children
and families for over thirty years.

Denise is also active providing clinical supervision in various settings, and teaching locally and internationally. She has taught at the Esalen Institute in California, as well as in Malta and Israel.

She is a faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. At Cleveland she has taught in the following programs: Working with Physical Process, Child and Adolescent, and the Gestalt Therapy  Program.

Denise is a part time instructor at Duquesne University in the Counselor Education and Supervision program. She has taught graduate level courses on: group counseling, supervision, child psychotherapy and play therapy.
